Guten Morgen
Faber is one of the less oder few ? people who has experienced with both periods. The time when books were legal and the time after books have been fordbidden.
Faber and Granger support Montag /by) finding his right way. That last passage confirms that he has found the right way, because he becomes a incredible feeling of optimistic, happiness and leave his old life behind.
Granger helps Montag to see how they can create together a new, better, and more enlightened, society.
The final passage is comparable with a phoenix, which revive from his own ashes after he(it) destroyed himself. But unlike the Phoenix they have learned from the past, so that they dont do the same mistakes again and create a better society.
The novel is written in the third person omniscient, so that the narrator has the possibility to immerge in the various persons.
Wir sehen die Welt nur durch die Augen von Montag
We see the world only through they eyes of (from) Montag.
looking closely = genauer Hinschauen, geht das?
Danke
Gruss DInker
