Hallo,
In the Text "Niedrige Miete und Nähe zur Hochschule" written by an author from the newspaper "WZ" in November 2012 the rader get to know some interesting facts about halls of residence. In a survey the "Hochschul Informations System" find out that a hall of residence have a bad image in germany. For example 24% evaluate a hall of residence bad, but also 31% good. Many people like to live in a student accomudation. Also many people like to live in a rented apartment, but a lot of students live in a student accomudation, because they have there to pay less rent. Many former students criticize a hall of residence; the rooms are too small and unclean. The same things said people who were only to visit a friend.

Mmh ich würde das etwas umschreiben, statt "but also" vielleicht eher was in Richtung "but on the other hand 31% rate it good.

stell das there ans Ende

Glaube not clean wäre besser. Und zum letzten Satz: who only went there to visit a friend.
2) Ganz wichtig: He, she, it - das s muss mit! Das musst du dir unbedingt merken :)
Ansonsten
